How do I track my order?

You will get a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email once the order has been shipped.

My order says delivered, but I don’t have it?

Some possible things that could have happened.

– They didn’t scan it correctly and it will show up the next day.

– The carrier could have left it at a neighbors house by accident or a front desk if you live in an apartment. Please check.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Customs, duties, and taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

1.What should I do if the item I ordered is out of stock?

In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to insufficient product supply. Out-of-stock inventory will be shipped upon receipt. If there is any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

3.Can I delay delivery?

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

How can I check my order status?

Congrats on your great deal, savvy shopper! We are so glad that you found something you liked. We work as quickly as we can to get your order on it’s way to you. We know it will be worth the wait, but to ease your anticipation we have given you a way to track your orders progress right in your My Account page. From here, you can follow your order every step, from submission to delivery.

There are some status terms you should know. Below are the different order statuses:

Submitted: You successfully submitted your order to! The order will go through a brief review, and will be sent to the warehouse for processing.

Processing: Your order is at an Overstock warehouse being prepped for shipment. Usually, orders are shipped out within 2 business days.

Shipped: Your order is on its way! A tracking number should have been emailed to you so you can track the item as it makes its way to you.

Delivered: The carrier indicated that they have delivered your items! Double check your tracking to see where they left your package.

Cancelled: Few circumstances can cause an order cancellation:

Your form of payment could not be successfully processed.

You cancelled the order.

Due to an unforeseen circumstance, Overstock cannot process an order at that time.

Return Initiated: At your request, Overstock set up a return for an order.

Return Complete: An Overstock warehouse received the returned item.

The processing status means that we will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment. We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 24 – 72 hours. Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between 3-5 business days depending on stock availability.
